Operating loop
What happens after you start with Team
Connect → Approve → Deliver. No demo call. Your first session on your own data is the show.
01
Connect
Sign up, land in your workspace, and connect Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads via OAuth — on your own data.
Connect02
Approve
First recommendations land in your Inbox the same session. Agents propose with evidence; you decide.
Approve03
Deliver
Approved work executes within autonomy guardrails. Clients see progress in the portal without a weekly status scramble.
Deliver
Your first session, then your first 14 days
- Same session: Sign up → workspace → connect GSC / GA4 / Google Ads → first recommendations in your Inbox on your own data.
- Days 2–3: Agents baseline every connected client.
- Week 1: First approved work delivered within autonomy rules.
- Week 2: First portal view for a client — delivery visible without a status deck.
Timings follow product truth. If the connect path or time-to-first recommendation changes in-app, this copy updates with it.
The approval model
Propose → approve → execute → log. Autonomy levels control what agents may do without you. The audit trail is the product, not a footnote.
Fear of unsupervised AI touching client accounts is the objection that kills the sale. This architecture is how we answer it — honestly, every time.
What you stop doing
- Assembling reports clients skim in 90 seconds
- Chasing specialists for status
- Rebuilding context every time someone leaves
