Privacy Policy

Who we are

AgentOS is operated by AgentOS LLC (“AgentOS”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the agentosagency.com marketing site and the AgentOS product at app.agentosagency.com. It explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, workspace name, and password hash when you create a workspace; role and membership information for users you invite.

Customer data: the client, campaign, content, CRM, and analytics data you or your connected services bring into a workspace. You control what enters a workspace and are responsible for having the right to process your clients’ data there.

Connected-service data: when you link Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Ads, we receive the data those APIs return under the OAuth scopes you grant — for example search queries, site metrics, and campaign performance.

Usage and billing telemetry: actions taken in the product, agent activity and approval logs, API cost records, and subscription state. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never on our systems.

Marketing site: basic request logs and, if you submit the partner contact form, the details you provide.

How we use data

To operate the Service: running the agents you configure, storing your workspace, generating analyses and drafts, sending the notifications you enable, billing your subscription, and providing support.

AI processing: workspace content relevant to a task is sent to the AI model providers listed below to generate agent output. We do not use your workspace data to train models shared with other customers.

We do not sell personal data.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of service providers to run AgentOS: Stripe (payments and subscription management), Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure and AI model hosting), Anthropic (AI language models), OpenAI (text embeddings for search and memory features), Google (OAuth and the Google APIs you connect), DataForSEO (search and SEO data), Cloudflare (network and security), and Vercel (marketing site hosting and analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function to us.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

AgentOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account data is used only to provide the features you connect it for — surfacing your search, analytics, and ads performance inside your workspace and powering agent analysis of that data. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not transferred except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice. You can revoke AgentOS’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from your workspace settings.

Cookies

The product uses essential cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token to protect requests. The marketing site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active. If a subscription lapses, the workspace enters a grace period during which data is retained so you can restore service; when the grace period communicated in-app ends without restoration, workspace data is permanently deleted from production systems. Audit and billing records may be retained longer where required for legal or accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at info@agentosagency.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted and logged, every write to workspace data produces an audit-log entry, and workspace data is isolated per tenant at the query layer. No card data touches our systems — Stripe’s hosted surfaces handle all payment entry.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact info@agentosagency.com and we will respond within the timelines applicable law requires. If you are a client of an agency that uses AgentOS, your agency controls that workspace’s data — we will route your request to them where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. The current version always lives at this page.
